Commonly known as Sacred White Sage, it’s a North American native evergreen sage, forming compact, silvery-green leaves and erect spikes of white to pale pink flowers in late spring and summer. Drought-tolerant and heat-loving, it thrives in well-drained soils and full sun. Widely used for native, xeriscape, and pollinator-friendly gardens; also valued for its traditional medicinal and ceremonial uses.
We have often used it in combination with succulents like Senecio ‘Blue Chalk Sticks’, Agave americana and hardy grasses like Stipa Beth Chatto.
A hardy and compact variety of rosemary with an abundance of pink flowers from spring to early autumn. Ideal for drought-tolerant, well-drained and full sun positions.
We have used it in mixed natives and Mediterranean gardens where its unusually pink flowers add a visual appeal.
A Japanese water iris with large rose-pink blooms, darker veins and pale yellow signal. Ideal for pond edges or gardens with all-year-round moisture.

Iris 'Silver Edge'

An elegant, hardy, and easy-to-grow Siberian iris featuring delicate, pale blue flowers with yellow-white markings. Blooming in late spring to early summer, this clump-forming perennial reaches 60–100 cm in height, similar in shape and size to its cousin Iris ‘Silver Edge’.
It will thrive in full sun positions with moist soil, especially in summer.
A vigorous, semi-deciduous, clump-forming ornamental grass grows to a height and width of 1.4–1.5 meters. Its standout features include fine, green, arching foliage and long, feathery pinkish-white plumes that appear in summer. This low-maintenance, heat-tolerant plant is ideal for borders, containers, or mass planting in full sun.
We use it extensively, but we always recommend giving it enough space to grow.
This clump-forming herbaceous perennial is prized for its vibrant colour in summer gardens. It showcases deep, rich burgundy-red daisy-like flowers with contrasting chocolate-brown, dome-shaped centers, often accented by a subtle gold rim. The flowers can reach heights of up to 80 cm, making it an excellent choice for adding a pop of colour to the centre of a mixed border, particularly among ornamental grasses and Salvias.
